Tile, LVP & Wood Flooring Installation in San Antonio
Tile, luxury vinyl plank, and wood flooring installed with clean transitions and trim.
Common Flooring problems
What San Antonio homeowners tell us before they call
Mismatched transitions between rooms
Different flooring installed by different contractors at different times creates visual confusion and trip hazards at transitions. We plan the whole floor as one cohesive install.
Subfloor problems that kill new floors early
Unleveled or damaged subfloors cause LVP to click apart, tile to crack, and wood to cup within a year. Proper substrate prep before installation is what separates a durable floor from a frustrating one.
Flooring that doesn't hold up to Texas life
San Antonio's heat, humidity swings, and clay-soil movement stress floors in specific ways. Material selection needs to match your home's conditions, not just look good in a showroom.

Flooring done right, room by room or whole-home
Flooring is one of those projects that looks simple from the outside and turns into a mess inside if the prep is wrong. We’ve installed flooring across thousands of San Antonio homes — the difference between a 5-year floor and a 25-year floor is what happens before the planks go down.
What we install
- Tile — porcelain, ceramic, large-format, and mosaic, with proper backer board and waterproofing in wet areas
- Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) — click-lock and glue-down, in wood-look or stone-look finishes
- Wood — solid and engineered, site-finished or pre-finished, in standard and wide-plank widths
The subfloor work nobody sees
San Antonio’s clay-soil movement, post-tension slabs, and older homes with framed subfloors all need different prep:
- On slab: moisture testing, crack repair, and self-leveling compound for high spots
- On framed subfloor: screw-down to eliminate squeaks, sister joists for soft spots, plywood overlay if needed
- Transitions to wet areas: proper underlayment, waterproofing membrane behind shower thresholds
We do this prep on every install. Skipping it is how floors squeak, cup, crack, or telegraph subfloor unevenness within a year.
Trim, baseboard, and the finish details
Most “flooring complaints” we hear from homeowners about other contractors are about the trim — door casings cut at the wrong height, baseboards with gaps, transitions that feel chunky underfoot. We re-set every piece of trim and baseboard to the new floor height, scribe to uneven walls where needed, and seat thresholds at door jambs cleanly.
Why homeowners pick us
Same process. Same crew. Same fixed price.
Subfloor prep is half the install
A floor is only as good as the substrate. We level the subfloor properly — self-leveling compound for high spots, sister joists for soft spots — before anything goes down.
Transitions and trim done right
Most flooring complaints are about the trim, not the field. We cut, scribe, and seat trim and baseboard to actual floor heights, not generic spec, so the transitions read clean.
We pull and dispose of the old floor
Tear-out, debris disposal, and prep are part of our scope. You don't have a pile of old tile in your driveway for a week.

What homeowners say
4.9 stars across 200+ Houzz reviews
50% of our projects come from direct referrals. Here's why.
"From the first design-center visit to the final walkthrough, we had one point of contact and one price that never moved. Our kitchen is unrecognizable in the best way."
"They removed a load-bearing wall and turned three cramped rooms into an open living space. The crew was the same faces every day for weeks — that mattered."
"Our walk-in shower is gorgeous and finally accessible for my mom. They handled the layout, plumbing, and waterproofing without us chasing anyone."
"We added an in-law suite and you genuinely cannot tell it wasn't part of the original house — the brick and roofline match perfectly."
"Transparent budgeting was the whole reason we picked them, and they delivered. No surprise change orders, no hidden fees."
